At Hachi Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy. Please read the details below to understand the conditions and process for returning items and requesting refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • The product must be unopened (for products that have sealed packaging).
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery, including but not limited to items that have been opened, tested, or altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or opened beauty products for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards or any other non-returnable items as specified during checkout.
  • Sale items or clearance products, unless defective.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before initiating the return.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@hachisupplies.com or call 646-725-3195  within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected during transit to prevent damage. Include the RMA number with your return package.

  4. Ship the Item: Return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be issued after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item to help us process your claim.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you want. If you have any questions about exchanges, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
